Why We Don't Install Lights You Already Own

Our crew is fully insured on your roof. That coverage applies to the system we install: commercial-grade bulbs, sealed sockets, and wiring we know from end to end. The moment we hang a strand we did not supply, we are doing uninsured work on your home. We will not do uninsured work on your home. That is the whole policy, and it protects you as much as it protects us.

We do not know your lights. We do not know which sections are about to fail, which plugs have been wet for three winters, or whether that strand was rated for outdoor use at all. When a display we hang goes dark, we come fix it free. We can only make that promise about lights we know.

We have taken down and replaced a lot of displays around Louisville. Some were hung by homeowners. Some were hung by companies charging professional prices. Here is what we have found on real rooflines:
